Our current Owners Association dues will be charged monthly and billed quarterly. The dues will cover the following Association expenses:

• Snow Removal 
• Landscaping 
• Exterior Lighting 
• Maintenance 
• Professional Association Management
• Insurance
• Road Maintenance Accounting & Legal Fees

Taxes are to be paid by the individual owners
